RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- No item can be returned without prior authorization and a RA number. Without
this number all returns and or exchanges will be refused. You can receive this
number by emailing us at
sales@dannystrixkix.com.
The RA number must be printed on the outside of the returned package.
- Only costume(s) can be exchanged or returned. No returns or exchanges on any other items.
- The costume(s) to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of the package.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- Danny's Trix & Kix Inc.com will not be responsible for late or untimely deliveries by any of the freight carriers.
- The customer is responsible for the package once it has left our warehouse.
- All returns/exchanges must be in original condition and packaging.
- No returns/exchanges allowed after October 15th, 2007.
- All special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
- All refunds or exchanges will be inspected and issued at the
discretion of Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc.
- Customer agrees to assume all liability in the use, misuse, and/or handling
of any product purchased from Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc. and will not hold Danny's
Trix & Kix, Inc. it's employees and/or owners liable for any reason.
- Items may vary due to production and or printing process. Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc. is not responsible for any advertent errors.
- Due to manufacturers production costume styles are subject to change without notice. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. The manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Upon placing your order you are accepting these potential changes.
- We have the right to refuse the sale of any incorrectly priced merchandise and/or merchandise with a content misprint offered on Dannystrixkix.com. Merchandise pricing or content errors are subject to change/be corrected without notice. We will reflect any corrections to the price or content on the website as soon as we become aware of them. We will not increase the dollar amount for any item/order without first getting your authorization.
- All returned orders must have a tracking number and delivery confirmation to assure we receive the returned package. Any returns without a tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered unauthorized and Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc. will not be responsible for refunding the order if receipt of the package cannot be verified.
- Upon placing an order with Danny's Trix & Kix, Inc. the customer accepts all terms and conditions as listed above.
